The Results tab within the Patient and Consumer Health Portal (PHM) is being enhanced to allow Ambulatory Clinical (AMBC) result information, including scanned documents, Laboratory, Microbiology, and Pathology results to be easily available and accessible by the patient. Until this enhancement is complete, AMBC result information is available as follows within Portal:
The patient can access their AMB OV Results and reference ranges as well as results entered via the Result Entry routine from the Patient Health Summary (PHS) report. Until this Safeguard enhancement is completed, scanned documents and results processed via Other Vendor (OV) Results will not display within the Results list. We are unable to display these results currently. We apologize for this inconvenience.”
